Privacy Policy

Thumnail Green is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines my ongoing obligations to you in respect of how I manage your Personal Information.

I only collect email addresses for the purpose of communication. I make music and grown food and collect honey. I have no interest in harassing people as I want good vibes. I just want to make it possible for people to hear my music or buy my honey if they like it or want it. In essence I need to promote and market but only to reach people, not to force or coerce - just to make my offerings known.

Outlined below is information to cover me in the case of complaints but almost the entire data I collect will be email lists. Exceptions would be things like comments you may provide on the blog.

I have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which I collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

A copy of the Australian Privacy Principles may be obtained from the website of The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.aoic.gov.au
